how safe is safe?

What would u do if someone threaten you, esp a mental person... wat is yr safety level, after beating up a fella, authorities had been called to talk to him.. he can come and say.. u know last time i gave a guy a blow and cause him to bleed at his neck alot... and here comes the stare.. and when he see a hot bowl of soup, turn to u and say u know my bro treat me really bad last time, and i poured the soup over him and he was in great pain... he said many many other things and his stare is a deep one.. those eyes...

haix... i wonder, are we having more n more mad people around us? how safe is safe? wat can u ever do.. and mental people dun get punished much even if they kill... where is then the safety???
